METHOD

 

STEP 1:

Once the oil is completely hot, then add the chicken legs to it. Shallow fry the legs until they take the golden brown colour.

 

STEP 3:

STEP 4:

No sooner have you put all the vegetables in the vessel than consider sprinkling the salt on it. And after that saute the vegetables.

At this stage, you are supposed to add about 200 ml of water to the mixture. Once done, then add the following:

  • Honey
  • Lemon Juice
  • Soya Sauce

 

STEP 6:

Once you have added all the liquid ingredients to the vessel, then keep on stirring it slowly. After that, cover it with the lid.

 

STEP 7:

Take out the chicken pieces from the prepared broth.

 

STEP 8:

It’s the shredding time. With the help of the fork, gently shred the chicken.

 

STEP 9: Here comes the favourite part

This state is demanding the incorporation of a handful of noodles in the soup. Once added, let all the items get cooked together for about 5 minutes.

Now, include the chicken which you have shredded in step 8.

  • The coating of the delicious marinade is required to get the maximum flavour. For coating, you will need the following ingredients:
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Soy Sauce
  • Chilli
  • Sugar

GET IT CLEAR

For the preparation of the Sichuan chicken, it will require only 10 minutes and 2 minutes will be required for boiling the noodles. In total, you can say, it will require only 15 to 20 minutes.

For the preparation, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Licious Sichuan Chilli Chicken
  • ramen noodles
  • Boiled eggs Chilli Flakes
  • spring onions

 

METHOD

STEP 1:

First of all, mix the Sichuan chilli chicken in the bowl. Make sure to distribute the marinade all over the chicken.

Now pan fry both sides.

How would you feel after consuming the soup?

Once you consume the soup, you are sure to feel light and comfortable. This dish offers you a good dosage of carbs which is the requirement of every healthy dish. Thus it includes all the healthy vegetables like the following:

  • White meat
  • Veggies

INGREDIENTS

  • Indian Salmon fillet
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Onion sliced
  • garlic cloves
  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin Powder
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Chicken stock
  • Green Chillies or Jalapenos
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • couscous
  • Diced Carrots
  • Diced Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:

First of all, you are required to slice the fish fillet into two portions. Once sliced, make sure you are seasoning it with salt and pepper. Now, keep it aside and proceed to the next step.

STEP 2:

In this step,  you are required to take a large vessel particularly deep bottomed. Put some olive oil in it and heat it on high flame.

STEP 3:

Once the oil is piping hot, put onions (slices) and garlic (minced). Sautee them until they release the nicest aroma. Once the aroma is released, now put the cumin and the coriander powder and mix all the ingredients, a nice mix which has been put so far.

STEP 4:

Now at this stage, add the tomatoes and stir until they get mushy and get nicely blended with all the ingredients.

STEP 5:

Now at this stage, add other vegetables which may include the following:

Carrots

Jalapenos

Also, add the water, salt, pepper, and broth at this stage.

STEP 5:

Once all the ingredients are put in, you are required to cook it on the simmer flame for about 30 minutes.

STEP 6:

It’s time to make couscous. First of all, put some water into the pot. As soon as the boil comes, you are supposed to add the olive oil and salt as per your taste. Now in the boiling water add the couscous. Turn off the heat and let it steam for about 5 minutes.

STEP 7:

Since all the steps have been completed, now it’s time for you to taste and adjust the seasonings as per your taste and preferences.

STEP 8:

Take out one cup of water from the pot and add the fish to it. Now cook it at a simmer flame.

Cook it until

The fish starts to turn out opaque and become flaky.

STEP 9:

It’s the serving time. First of all, take out a bowl and plate it with the couscous. Now garnish it well by adding vegetables, fish, coriander, and parsley on the top.
