Recipe To Make Sichuan Chili Chicken & How Long Does It Take To Cook?

  • First of all, you should know that the Sichuan chilli chicken strips are made with thigh meat.

  • You can get this recipe prepared in just 10 minutes.
  • The coating of the delicious marinade is required to get the maximum flavour. For coating, you will need the following ingredients:
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Soy Sauce
  • Chilli
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar



For the preparation of the Sichuan chicken, it will require only 10 minutes and 2 minutes will be required for boiling the noodles. In total, you can say, it will require only 15 to 20 minutes.

For the preparation, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Licious Sichuan Chilli Chicken
  • ramen noodles
  • Boiled eggs Chilli Flakes
  • spring onions




First of all, mix the Sichuan chilli chicken in the bowl. Make sure to distribute the marinade all over the chicken.


Now pan fry both sides.



Once your chicken is 85% cooked, then boil the ramen noodles. If you like ramen flavouring, then consider using the flavour packet.


When both the chicken and the noodles with being cooked, get them together


It’s the topping time. Top with the sliced boiled eggs and the chopped shallots.


If you like to have the extra spice flavour, then you can add the chilli flakes on top of that.
